IPS Alpha Technology Europe, s.r.o. was founded on 15 June, 2006. The purpose of its foundation is to provide the world’s best performing liquid crystal panel using IPS* technology for the flat-panel television, the demand for which is dramatically growing in the European market. IPS Alpha Technology Europe, s.r.o. is a 100% subsidiary of IPS Alpha Technology, which is a joint venture by Matsushita (Panasonic), Toshiba and Hitachi Displays (a 100% subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd). Liquid crystal panels using IPS technology have a high image quality, which remain clear even when viewed from any angle. Thanks to the great performance of the IPS panel for the flat-panel television, the IPS panel is getting popular and becoming more popular in the market.

IPS Alpha Technology, Ltd. located in Japan, a parent corporation of our company IPS Alpha Technology Europe, s.r.o., which specializes in producing IPS LCD panels for TVs, will in addition to existing factory in Mobara City, Chiba prefecture, build a new factory in Himeji City, Hyogo prefecture, in order to further expand production of IPS Alpha panels that are highly evaluated for their quality performance.

The company IPS Alpha Technology Europe, s.r.o. who produces LCD modules for European market and in accordance with establishing a new factory in Japan, plans to further increase the present production capacity which is now 2 million LCD modules per year.

Solar Turbines EAME s.r.o.

The Agreement on Future Real Estate Purchase Contract (hereinafter „Agreement”) was signed between the Ústí Region and the Solar Turbines EAME s.r.o. on 5th May 2010.

This Agreement will provide a possibility for the Solar Turbines EAME s.r.o. to buy a plot in the Triangle Strategic Industrial Zone in the future, build up and operate their industrial plant for remanufacturing and service gas turbines which is supposed to during 2011.
